Delivery Information

At Sarnia Shores, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders promptly. We offer tracking for all shipments to ensure you can follow your order's journey from our store to your door.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

• Guernsey: Free shipping (1-2 business days)
• United Kingdom: £6 standard shipping (3-5 business days); £10 for puzzles due to box size (3-5 business days)
• Rest of the World (including Australia and Jersey): £17 standard shipping (7-14 business days)
• Tea Towels:
  • Guernsey: Free (1-2 business days)
  • Jersey: £3.50 (3-5 business days)
  • UK: £3.50 (3-5 business days)

Store Pickup: We also offer pickup from our Guernsey store. Please contact us to arrange this.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Guernsey may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

• Any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

• We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" or alter invoice values to avoid customs fees, as this is against international shipping regulations.

If you refuse to pay the import fees and the shipment is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the items (excluding original shipping costs) once the package arrives back at our facility in resellable condition.
